PHPmyadmin import file problem

Hi,
 
I am using phpmyadmin 3.x version, when I try to import a db file (.sql) then its return error " File could not be read ". Anyone know how to fix the problem ?

    Try to install PHPMyadmin from HC panel which will allow import/export db.
