Migrating Hosting controller CP between servers

Hello folks,
 
I would like to know how i can easily have my hosting controller control panel (with all website, mysql db, emails etc( migrated to a different hosting provider. As you can migrate your full website with all db, emails from CPanel to another provider's CPanel.

For restoring your server to another machine you will first backup the server using this KB article:
