I keep getting logged out when using any user BUT the hcadmin account.

Here's my situation. 
 
I am able to log in as hcadmin with no issues. I can navigate around, configure things, and log out.
I can log in as a reseller but when I try to click on anything else (i.e. user manager), I am automatically logged out. This applies when using the "auto logon" or directly logging in.
 
Has anyone experienced this? I thought it might be related to the IIS application pools but it is not. 

Nopes didn't notice such thing, check the system Event viewer for any encountered issue.
Also change the HC application pool in Classic mode maybe this could help.

I get this in the event log.
