Lockeddomain name already Exit

domain name already Exit

I just setup my domain controller with name hostedcd.com  and when i try to create mail domain via hostedcd.com i get error Domain name already exist.  What could be reason behind it.

    Further i can create any other mail domain  but not hostedcd.com any one help is appricated.
