Anyone running SP 2010 Enterprise with multi-tenant switches?

Curious if anyone is running sp 2010 enterprise with the multi-tenant switches? Would be interested to know your experiences and if you gain anything by going this route?

The difference at Internal functionality and features if you compare SharePoint versions i.e SPF, SPS & SPE but at HC panel handling it would remain same for all versions.
