Renaming categories in ticket manager
Hi,
Just to keep registered here a small suggestions, as we talked, if you delete ticketing categories (I think just in case of deleting , rename is not a problem, right?) all emails inside it are lost. So a customer is not able to visually define categories he wants after and installation is already populated with several categories full of tickets.
HC should, IMHO, either have a system that realocates tickets when deleting categories or at least inform the customer that if he deletes categories, their tickets will be deleted and possibly provide method how to reorganize categories using queries.
