MySQL Settings

Hi,
I have problem on MySQL Settings when I try to add MySQL Instance. When I test connectivity I got this error "
Error occurred while connecting to the database!". I connect to MYSQL by PHPMyAdmin without problem. This server is Windows 2003.

I did it but I get the error "Error occurred while connecting to the database!".  

Strange as it fixed in my case. Did you try to use 127.0.0.1 for your MySQL server ipaddress in HC panel?

If databases are still not creating in the HC panel then I will suggest to open ticket on support department, they will help you to fix this problem.

we have the same problem on a centos  linux box in the cluster, any ideas anyone??
