IIS web farm settings

Have someone configure HostingController with IIS Web Farm. I am stuck in its configuration can someone please assist as I need to deliver this project solution to my new customer asap.

    For achieving redundancy for Webserver, Exchange and Hosting Controller Control panel itself, you may consult with the attached document which explains the procedure to achieve redundancy.
