Connecting HC9.19 to Exchange-Server: Error occurred while connecting to the Server!

I want to connect my Exchange-Server 2016 in my cluster and become this error message. Hostname, AdminLogin and Password are right. What can i do?

    Thanks for your help. The disabled basic authentication in IIS/Powershell was the problem. After Login with Domainadmin has the server connected succesfully :-)
