Mailboxes are scattering in different Databases.

I have created the mailboxes with the Automatic choice of the database in the database selection mode while configuring in the Exchange server. Now all of my mailboxes are scattering in different databases instead of adding in the same database.

Use Manual selection mode OR if you want to use any specific mailbox database for users then assign that mailbox database to the user through Configuration >> Exchange Module Conf. >> User's Mailbox Databases.

Okay I got your point, what If I have created number of mailboxes and now these are at different databases. Now what should I do to collect them in a desired/specific database?

if you want to move the existing mailboxes to your desired database, then you can manually move them by logging into your ECP and selecting the option of "Move Mailbox to another Database".

Keep in mind sometimes ECP shows syncing in process but the syncing process is already completed at the back.

Okay,
what would be the steps when I have manually moved my mailboxes from ECP to the HC database? Do I need to create a new database for this or not?
