Import old SharePoint sites in HC panel

Hello,
 
I have 300 SP sites on my SharePoint 2016 server. Its hard to manage them manually therefore i am planning to move these sites into my HC control panel.
 
How can I import them into HC panel?
Would there be any down time during the import?
Can I do it by self or you will assist me?
