Yes Linked Mailbox is fully supported. You can add Active Directory Trust first for your Organization with the help of instructions as mentioned in this link https://help.hostingcontroller.com/hc10/default.aspx#pageid=managing_active_directory_trusts after which the linked mailboxes option will start to appear against that organization.
