Server Error in ‘/EWS’ Application

Hello there!
When I try to browse to this URL (https://mail.mydomain.com/ews/mrsproxy.svc), I get a login prompt and on entering correct username & password, I got "Server Error in ‘/EWS’ Application" error. Can anyone guide me further to solve this problem?
