Domain Registrars

Names4Ever aka aplus.net doesn't offer domain resellers program anymore.
I called them today to sign-up and they told me they stopped offering that service about 2 months ago.

HC you may want to update your HC7 Supported Software page.

I have had some discussions with Hosting Controller Support and they said that OpenSRS will be supported in future builds. If OpenSRS is supported then ResellOne should also be able to be used. It uses the same API with only an IP and Port difference. http://resellone.com offers basic domains for $6.49 per year along with being able to resell SSL certificates that you can buy for $10.00 per year.

Thank You
I look forward to That
Quick Question and hoping someone can point me in the proper direction.
Currently I have multiple customers with SSL for there domain and I set them up on a seperate port to get it working. Well I am running out of ports.
I know there is a way to run SSL on multiple domains on the same IP/port. How do you do it?

Do all of your customers have dedicated IP addresses? You need a dedicated IP for each customer that is using their own SSL cert. If not, you can take advantage of the shared SSL function in Hosting Controller.
If each customer has their own SSL and are on an ip-less hosting setup, then you have to use separate port as you have already done.

You can use shared SSL through HC panel, in which HC create virtual directory under parent SSL site.

Yes I am aware of the option and I use that too but I want the key to be on the customers domain. (not shared with mine)

So what I was looking for is to see if there is a way to have multiple secure websites on the customers domains with using only 1 IP address and on port 443

I remember reading something awhile back about a add-on software that will let host header work with SSL

Just puting it out there to see if anyone knows. Otherwise I am going to contact my ISP to get another block of IP's

You may try running the SSL on a unique port as you have already done and use domain/port forwarding and forward port 443 calls to the unique port.

Is Tucows OpenSRS Domain registration / management planned yet?

I see there is a Source Forge project for a COM object / Activex for OpenSRS that could be used in .net - http://sourceforge.net/projects/closedsrs/

Seems to work well on the few tests I have done, perhaps some use?

Due to heavy load of work tucows support is not in our priority list.

Thats fine accept I have over 1200 domains in OpenSRS and the cost in time and money of transferring them all doesn't bear thinking about

Any idea when it might be considered PLEASE
