A bug in HC7 discovered

Hello,

I have accidentally discovered a bug in HC7 and thought I will post it here so that the same can be fixed at the earliest. It goes as follows

If a website with shared IP is changed into Dedicated IP, the host address does not change in the DNS server. We are using MS DNS and have found the bug when we changed a website from shared IP to dedicated IP.

A humble request to HC to fix this ASAP.

As for as I know there is no such issue with HC 7 build 15.. I recently converted 3 of my websites from shared IP to dedicated IP and everything went smooth.

Further to the bug reported by me, I have found one more bug while changing a website from Shared IP to dedicated IP. After changing the website to Dedicated IP, HC does not remove the host headers of the website from the IIS. As a result, the website does not run though we change the DNS. HC is requested to check this issue and resolve the bug at the earliest.

DNS zone problem is resolved in build 16. What about the Host Headers problem?

I would suggest you change a website from name-based to dedicated IP and then check the host headers in the IIS. You will find an entry of the dedicated IP and the host headers which were created previously. You will understand what I meant to say.
