Moving websites to another server

Currently I'm running Server 03 Enterprise
Hosting Controller (Lateest Build)
Mail Enable
MySQL

I built a new server to replace the old server
I need to move all my customers web sites/database to the new server.
Can I transfer all this information thru HC?
