Websites not working

Hello folks I hope someone can help me out with this.  Our hosting server just went down today for about 20 in because of a power outage.  Apperanelt our city block went down.
 
When our power came back on I turned the server on but none of our websites would display.  I restarted IIS admin, SQL and most services I think of that related to HC but still nothing.
 
Odd thing is I can still log into hosting controller locally but unable to hit (view) any of our websites.
 
Any suggestions?
