There are 2 cases for this issue

1= 1st if you are using HC8 build4 then this issue considered as bug and will fix in build5.

2= If you are using HC7 then disk/bandwidth usage feature wasn't included in that version.

I am using HC7 on 2 server, 1 for windows(Master) and 1 for linux(Slave). All websites on server windows, i can use disk/bandwidth usage feature but all websites on server linux disk/bandwidth usage report is always 0 (Bandwidth and Disk use). My HC7 is unlimited domain then I think it's must have disk/bandwidth usage feature.

Bandwidth/disk usage calculation option wasn't included in HC7 linux version. You should consider upgrade the HC panel.
How to upgrade from HC7 to HC8

If HC7 is running under license mode then first upgrade the key using below link
Upgrade key : http://www.hostingcontrol...pgrade-HC-version.html

Process detail

1= Download HC8 http://hostingcontroller.com/english/ddirect.html
2= Run HC setup
3= Chose Modify option
4= Insert HC8 upgrade key
5= Installer will automatically upgrade HC7 data into HC8
6= Same process will require to do on all HC machines.

Note: You must run first upgrade on HC database server machine.
