request: better openbasedir support

As one of the people asking for openbasedir support in HC im happy to see it implemented. I would like to extend the request a bit. The current implementation is hardcoded to allow only the website It would be very important to implement one maybe two extensions

1) the abillity for the admin, maybe the reseller, to enter additional dirs to include in the openbasedir definition - i.e. "/tmp"
2) the option to disable the openbasedir on a website, admin controlled only

the first is very important to implement. I know that in joomla and others you can set the TEMP dir in config, but it just gives a lot of extra support that this is needed. It would be really needed that the admin could simply define the openbasedir to also include /tmp or other dirs if needed - system wide or on websites. Best ofcause both or system wide.

the option to disable it on a website all together is not to important to me, but maybe it would make sense to have the option and implement it together with 1) and have a "complete" solution.
