Enom Domain Registrar not working

I have installed Enom API on my server as suggested by the articles by HC team but unable to do autosignup with this Reseller account. Can somebody throw some light on it. The kb articles I consulted are:

Any help would be appreciated.

Enom API will only work if you are using 32 bit OS.
