Mailbox not Syncing in HC Panel.
I deleted a few mailboxes manually from exchange but the deleted mailboxes are still visible in HC Panel.

In HC panel, you may navigate to menu :
Provisioning >> Exchange Organizations
and select
TriggerSync
from the drop down list against your desired Exchange Organization and HC will automatically sync the actual mailboxes against that Exchange mail domain.
If further help is needed then open ticket with
support@hostingcontroller.com
