A server dedicated to a Reseller (or a middle tier admin)

Looking for a way to define a server per reseller. I would like to have everything pertaining to a certain reseller admin sit on a specified server. Any ideas to make this happen ? 

There is a feature in HC to dedicate a server to specific resellers. I guess this can be done at the host interface under Panel Configuration option. Use it to assign a server to reseller and then no other reseller will be able to use the resources of this particular system.
 
Another thing to note is that HC will also allow you to assign the server to more than one resellers. So, a set of resellers can be assign one dedicated server.
