Issue after enforcing complex passwords in MailEnable

OS: Windows Server 2012 Standard 64 bit
HC9 Build 09 (latest)
MailEnable Enterprise Edition 8.50 (latest)

I am trying to enforce complex passwords in MailEnable, so in "MailEnable > Servers > localhost > Properties > policies" I did the following

Enforce password policy ==> checked
Must contain mix ==> checked
Must contain at least one letter ==> checked
Must contain at least one numeric character ==> checked
Must contain at least one symbol ==> unchecked
Must be minimum of 6 characters ==> checked

Now from HostingController I added a new Mailboxes by password "123456", and as expected I got the message "Error : 72300060 : Unable to create mailbox.", but I noted that the mailbox has been created, but I think with random password.

Anyone faced this issue before ???
