Error : 72307110 : You do not have sufficient mailbox size quota.

I just tried to add a website and I was able to add it except I did not see a place to set the hosting plan and now I cannot add e-mail addresses.
Error : 72307110 : You do not have sufficient mailbox size quota.
These are new errors since I upgraded last.
I have had several issues with build #8.00.0010

Check the user sold plan in Hosting Plan :: My Plan :: Edit Plan make sure that ' TotalMailBoxSize ' resource has sufficient quantity to add further mailbox.
 
By the way you can apply latest patch HC8 build12.

It shows as excluded, when I uncheck excluded and add a value to the size I get another error message.
 
Error : 70100510 : Update failed; some Resources are in use. 
CORRECTION: I changed to unlimited and then saved, then changed the size and now it has saved. 
but I still cannot dreate a new mailbox.  I get the follwoing:
 
Error : 72607110 :  You do not have sufficient mailbox size quota.

PS:  I cannot upgrade until later this evening.

There is a chance that at the time of build10 modification one of HC installer store procedure didn't apply correctly due to which plan quota for mailbox size is not updated correctly.
 
If you please open ticket on support and provide them panel and HC db machine login then we will verify the case.
