We current have two web servers and will be adding many more.  When adding new customers how do we select which server they will be added too?

Hello,
I've setup two accounts and both times the user wasn't added or given permissions to access the ftp?  I had to log into the server and manually add the user with read/write to the IIS settings.
 
Also when creating a website using a dedicated IP address, it's adding host headers in the bindings.  I thought host headers were only for sharing an ip address.

Hello,
We don't have resellers but it appears that we have to setup everything twice.  Once as HCAdmin and then edit the pricing at the reseller level as well.  Is this normal?  Are we forced to create a reseller in order to create webadmins?
 
Also we setup authorize.net at the hcadmin level but billing is not working, should we of setup the authorize.net at the reseller level instead?

        I can detect with IIS8, HC 9.0.5 can not create any virtual directory for MailEnable v7.5 and older...
If I check IIS I can not find MEAdmin or MEWebmail virtual directory under any new website.

There is a bug in the HC 9.05 version. The number of characters allowed for a website name in HC database is only 50 which is preventing the creation of websites or sub-domain which are more than 50 characters long. Since, we all know that maximum characters in a domain name can be 67, it does not make sense to keep limit up to 50. Kindly increase the limit to a higher amount, say 200.
 

I'm using IE 10. I just to know if HC9 will work even in IE10?
