cannot connect using ftp to any hosting controller ftp account.

Please ensure that firewall port 21 is opened on the server. Also, make sure that no other FTP Server is installed on the same machine as this can cause conflict between the 2 FTP Servers installed over the same machine. If problem still persists then you can open ticket with support department and they will help you further with it.

syntax changed from version 2.> to version 3 in vsftpd.conf
allow_writable_chhroot=YES to allow_writeable_chroot=YES
