I am currently running HC9.09 and would like to upgrade my panel to the latest version HC10. Are there any specific steps which I have to perform first or can I directly upgrade it by running HC10 installer? Plz guide

Steps for upgrading from HC 9.09 to HC10: This will be 3 phase upgrade :
 
Step 1 : Upgrade from HC9.09 to HC9.10 by following the steps given below :
In order to upgrade you will download HC 9.10 installer from the following link depending upon the operating system and Execute HC installer and select "Modify" option.
X86: http://downloads.hostingcontroller.com/HC9/Archived/Windows/HC9-B10.exe
X64: http://downloads.hostingcontroller.com/HC9/Archived/Windows/HC9-x64-B10.exe
 
Step 2 : Upgrade from HC9.09 to HC9.27 by downloading installer from the following link depending upon the operating system and Execute HC installer and select "Modify" option.
X86: http://downloads.hostingcontroller.com/HC9/Windows/HC9.exe
X64: http://downloads.hostingcontroller.com/HC9/Windows/HC9-x64.exe
 
Once you have successfully updated HC9 latest build. After this, you will install HC10 on the same machines where HC9 is already installed. Remember that HC9 to HC10 migration is in-place migration where HC10 is deployed on the same HC9 servers.
