Hello. Can we manage or at least monitor the Bandwidth Metering of the VMs created by or imported into HC Panel?

Yes bandwidth monitoring is available within HC panel where bandwidth is calculated by HC Component. You can view release notes for HC10.10 for this feature and many other enhancements introduced to HC10 modules.
