I know this issue does not come under HC support scope. However, if you can help me in order to fix this missing "msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll" then I would be really thankful to you guys.

I will suggest you to send as email to Hosting Controller. I have also followed the same and they have guided me in a very short span of time.
