Version HC9.10
When I go to Offline Payments Page and click "Register Payment" to a customer, the page is blank.
It use to work and just stopped for some reason, and I went ahead and updated to build 10 and still doesn't work.
Any ideas?

Yes I had the same issue and was given a patch for it by HC team. You may contact them directly for getting rid of this issue.

HC installer 9.10 has recently been modified which include solution for this problem.
