Hello,
I've installed HC9 X64 on a 2k8 R2 machine with SQL Express and IIS 7.5 with ASP.NET.
When trying to access the web interface I'm immediately faced with the following error:
 

 
 
What to do from here is beyond me.
Please assist.

Hosting Controller website anonymous user name is HCAdministrator, please make sure it is existed in the computer management (start > run > compmgmt.msc ).
And this user should be set as anonymous user under Hosting Controller website in the IIS.
If you are unable to figure out the solution then please open trouble ticket on HC support department they will help you to resolve the login page issue on the server.
