Cant create FTP

After installing HC 7 Built 14, I cant create FTP

Error

Error : 70500325 : User added successfully; Error occurred while adding user FTP site.

Any can help?

It was working perfectly before I install Built 14

Can you see Default ftp site setting in hc panel at " Server Manager -- Edit Server -- Web Server Setting " ?

Currently we support MS-ftp 6 with HC8, and MS-ftp7 is going to support in coming build5. Which is about to release in 2-3 weeks. Make sure that ftp6 is included in 2k8 R2 OS.

how can detect my ms-ftp version?
i think ms-ftp7 shipped with windows 2008 server R2
how can i downgrade my ms-ftp to version 6?

If you can see additional Ftp management in the IIS then its mean its Ftp6 otherwise it would be ftp7.

For temporary bases you can use Gene6 or ServU 4.x and in next 2-3 weeks you will able to manage ftp7 from hc panel.
