I am getting an error while importing Exchange OU. Is there any reason?

There could be several reasons for it like Organization Unit already imported in HC10 panel, Accepted Domain name is not correctly specified. Also, check if Exchange Connectivity is working fine at Configurations >> Manage Servers >> Edit Exchange Server.
 
Let us know if you still face issue while importing Exchange Organization ?

Accepted domain is specified correctly in HC panel while importing an OU. Also Exchange server is connecting fine. Please help ASAP.

Please make sure that the domain name is specified correctly under "*Name" field in ECP against required accepted domain. "*Name" & "Accepted domain:" field should be set with accepted domain such as abc.com
 
After this try to import the OU, it will work fine.

Fixed Thanks. :) "*Name" field was different than accepted domain. After changing it, it has been imported successfully.
