I am trying to disable/delete a mailbox in HC Panel but I am not able to do so.. I have checked my server which is connecting fine.
Please help in this regard.

Click on "Trigger Sync" from drop-down menu against your desired organization at : Provisioning >> Exchange Organizations menu in HC10 panel which shall help to sync the status of Exchange Mailboxes.
