I am getting this error when I try to create a new website, with MailEnable as mailserver.
  Error: 70701172 Website created successfully; error occurred while creating Mail Domain.
When I try this with a different mail server, with MDaemon, there is no problem.
 
I have tried this: http://portal.hostingcontroller.com/KB/a126/how-to-configure-mail-enable-on-64-bit-os.aspx
But that didn't fix it.
 
Any possible solutions for this?

Current version is 8 and build13, not sure which version you are using as we didn't have any of such version ever release Hosting Controller 9 version 7.00.00018

Please enable HCMail log by Logging in panel as HC Host go to location " My Server :: Debug Logging ".
Now attempt to create mail domain from " Tool :: Mail Manager ", any activity which you will perform on mail Services HC will capture Error Log in the mail Server installation directory x:\program Files\Advanced Communication\HostingController\Log folder, please provide us the HCmail.xml log file this will help to debug the issue. 

I'm sorry, it is indeed Hosting Controller version 8, build 13 that I have running. I must have looked at the wrong number when I said version 7.00.00018 earlier.

Unable to find any valid HCMail logs on the link you have sent because the file size is showing 0 MBs :(

Yeah, the file size shows 0MB, because these XML's are only 2kb.
Please check them out. You'll see that these are not empty files when you download them.

I think that the problem lays with MailEnable.
Because I have re-installed MailEnable on a new server and it works fine with HC8 with the standard settings.
But when I change MailEnable to work with MySQL instead of TAB-delimited files, the error comes back up...
