I am onboarding a customer that is using different Exchange provider and I need assistance to move their mailboxes data in our Exchange Server. Can someone please suggest the steps requires for this task ?

There are different ways to migrate mailbox data such as import & export mailbox in pst format. But this process is not ideal due to large number of mailboxes and their sizes.
 
You can try Hosting Controller Web base Mailbox migration utility which is designed to perform mailbox migration between different mail servers such Exchange On-premises, Office 365 and any other 3rd party mail server (Windows/Linux).

Yes it will synchronized Calendar, People and task [Condition Source and Target Server should be Exchange or Office365]

Does this Migration tool work on other mail servers too apart from On-Premises Exchange and Exchange Online ? We have several clients for whom we are   looking to move their mailboxes from Icewarp to MailEnable. Would this tool be of any help for such scenario?
 
What are system requirements for this tool? If any help document available then kindly share it too.

Yes Xavier, this tool is universal in approach i.e. it can handle migrations both to and from any non-Exchange Servers like Icewarp to MailEnable. The only pre-requisite for the migration is that you should have enabled IMAP protocol on both Source and the Destination Mail Servers.
