i am looking for something where a user able to push to another active directory but control remains with source Active directory so that pushed user be able to use resources of target DC. Do you have a way to do that.

Yes this is possible using our product Active Directory Synchronization (AD Connect Sync) which allows to sync users, their attributes, passwords , Contacts, etc from Local Active Directory onto the Cloud Active Directory . You can know more about the tool in detail from the following link :
