Hello. I am not able to send secure HC emails and all me emails are stuck in 'Unsent emails'. Please suggest the correct configuration for emails to be sent using SSL. 

From HC , you can use SMTP Delivery method as explained in the below URL :

Usually SMTP servers deploy SSL with them and all your email are transferred over a secure channel. You will need to know what port is used by the Mail Server while sending emails. For example , Google uses the following for secure channel 
Gmail SMTP port (TLS): 587.Gmail SMTP port (SSL): 465.Similarly, for other SMTP Servers the ports will vary for transfer of emails over TLS or SSL.
