Hi,

I using HC7 on window 2003, when user webadmin add 1 website and browser it then see dialog box request input User and Pass, if enter button cancel then website appear error: "HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the"

Please help.

You have permissions problem
Where do you store websites?
It should be "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot"
If you do have websites stored there and it's doing that then IIS doesn't have access to the folders

I store website in D:\WEBHOSTING but when i create manual website in IIS without use HC7 then it ok.

That face mean is use HC7 create website see error but don't use HC7 is ok.

Website anonymous user is not setting correctly with appropriate password. Which most probably happening due to complex password requirement in Local security policy (disable it).
