Hello. I have recently started using Hosting Controller for on prem Exchange. I am facing the issue that when I create Public Folder via control panel, they are appearing in OWA but not on outlook. Can you guide me about the issue?..

Unable to enable a mailbox in HC panel

Hey! For some reason I was unable to enable a mailbox from HC panel therefore, I have enabled it from the backend. Now the mailbox is enabled at the backend, however, how can I enable it in HC panel ? its still showing as disabled. Please guide. Thanks!..
