Migrating SimpleDNS to MS DNS - does anyone have experience and can help with consulting

Hello, everyone! Has someone ever migrated from SimpleDNS to Microsoft DNS? If by any chance you work with consulting services and can help us with this task, please reply. Also open to using BIND (Win or Linux). I just need to be sure that its 100% stable with HC. With SDNS we have multiple probler..

Simple FR for ticketing system...

My colleague commented something interesting. Why doesnt HC show, by default, the open tickets? You log to resadmin, then you have to click on status column to show the opened tickets. Perhaps it could already show by default the open tickets. Regards..

HC9Error: "Error occurred while connecting to the Server!" adding a server node.

From: Manage Servers :: Add Server :: Virtualization Server Getting the error, "Error occurred while connecting to the Server!" when clicking connect. I do not see anything about turning off ports in the firewall. What is causing this error? ..
