try using ForeFront 2010 this is recommanded by microsoft as well

I personally like hosted spam/anti-virus solutions. Just some of the pro's to hosted solutions:

Hosted solutions see billions of emails a day and update signatures in real-time
No admin/maitenance overhead
No bad emails make it into your network
Bandwidth utilization goes down since 90+% of emails are spam and never make it into your network
Most services offer queuing, so if your internet connection or exchange server goes down, you do not lose any email as it is being queued in the cloud
Several companies out there for this. The big three in my opinion and all are good:

Microsoft Forefront Online
Postini/Google
MXLogic
MailScanner (http://www.mailscanner.info/ ) This one is FREE Edition.
