It seems that asp.net extensions is not installed in IIS. Install it using the following command in cmd
c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727>aspnet_regiis.exe -i

After that try to login in HC panel.

I have installed SQL 2008 client utilities and then re-installed HC8 but same problem appears. And yes IIS is also installed as it is a web server.

Before installing HC with sql server 2008 then first install these compatible services, which will not effect anything in existing sql server
Sql 2008 client services : http://hostingcontroller.com/english/forms/tech/hc/sql2k8-client.zip

Secondly make sure that IIS has been installed in the machine where HC will create panel administration site.
If still problem persists then check the installation log in c:\program files\advanced communication\hostingcontroller\log folder.

Guys,

I want to use HC8 panel to control my Web, Exchange and SharePoint server. I tried to install HC8 on web server but I got HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found when I try to log in. I am trying to install it on windows 2008 R2 server and using MS SQL 2008 express edition.
