You are right, We have already receive such feedback from customers. In the light of their suggestion I have already raise this matter with concern department. Which are highlighted below
At many places in HC panel, we disable buttons to restrict user from performing a certain action like disabling "Add Mailbox" button in case of insufficient quota.
This approach does not provide user and hint towards what is wrong. Also the disabled buttons remain same as enabled buttons in google chrome, so the UI becomes more confusing.

This should be changed and instead of disabling button, the button should be kept enabled, however appropriate error (JS or HC) should be shown.
This solution will be available in upcoming HC9 patch.

Updated to 9.03

Now its worse, when no space left simply theres nothing next to mailbox size :( It should be clear, perhaps in red "no quota left". Or if user tries to create, some alert...

Hi,

A small suggestion IceWarp/HC integration. If user has no more mailbox quota, HC clearly shows remaining:0 but if user still tries to create a user, after clicking on Add mailbox, absolutely nothing happens. Although its obvious theres no more quota, would be nice some alert box or something.
