Is the upgrade process is simple? (Yes the process is simple and can be carried out easily. The whole procedure is explained in this help link : http://help.hostingcontroller.com/hc10/default.aspx#pageid=hc9_to_hc10_migration )
Is there any downtime? (No downtime. Both HC9 and HC10 are 2 different products. HC10 is installed on the same HC9 Servers and then HC9toHC10 migration tool performs DB Level migration from HC9 to HC10. Therefore, no downtime is suffered as there are no physical changes performed on the server itself.)
Do I need to purchase separate licenses for it or any additional fee. (Contact sales@hostingcontroller.com to know further about it ).
How does the billing handle in HC10. Is it the same as in HC9 or any new features integrated. ( The Billing in HC10 is different than HC9. Its wallet based billing whose details can be seen from the following link : https://help.hostingcontroller.com/hc10/default.aspx#pageid=concept_of_wallet )

Hello,

I have 3 webservers,1 DNS and 1 Mailserver (Smartermail) running on HC9. I am thinking to upgrade them to HC10.

I have the following questions

Is the upgrade process is simple
Is there any downtime?
Do I need to purchase separate licenses for it or any additional fee.
How does the billing handle in HC10. Is it the same as in HC9 or any new features integrated
Is the Signup option available in HC10?
