AWStats No Auto Update

For some reason awstats does not auto update. i can manually update successfully but thats it.

I applied the newest hotfix for v6 but still no luck.

Also how would you upgrade to the newest version 5.9??

I manually ran update and it worked but AWStats Update Interval doesn¬t work.
