I¬ve been running Windows 2003 Web Edition, Hosting Controller, and Windows 2000 Standard with SQL 2000 on a seperate box for 2 1/2 years. I don¬t remember having any problems at all!

EDIT: My bad (hehe) I let users connect to the MSSQL but I don¬t run the HC database off of MSSQL :)
