Available SQL Servers list is blank

New install, installed Hotfix 2.9, configured under My Server/Database a MS-SQL server (remote).
It has a checkmark for ¬Activated¬
But when you go to the Database Manager under a user account, and select to add a MSSQL database, the Available SQL Servers list is blank.
I notice in the Registry under
NT Web Hosting Controller\Databases\SQL Server\192.168.0.100 there is a ¬AvailableSQLServers¬ but its blank. What should be in this field?

Reinstalled again, worked this time.
