Change password - Issue or bug?

Hi,
When any user change your password through HC7 Control Panel, then appear this "bug", HC7 create the folder domain.com under C:\Documents and Settings\domain.com !!!

domain.com = HC7 username that changed your password.

Why HC create this folder under C:\Documents and Settings\ ????

We do call system routines at backend, these are system API to change password at backend and these API calls create these folders and we don't do it.
