MS SQL Restore problem

I have mssql restore problem, When I backup my database localy and upload it and then restore my db, the website gives me sql connection error that user ( that I defined for that db in HC) dows not have access to db, does anyone know what is the problem?
In addition I didn't have this problem with HC6 and MSSQL 2005!!!

Are you sure SQL Db user has sufficient permissions on User Database and there is no problem in connection string as well?

The SQL Db user removes form DB after restoring and it doesn't have permission then.
I have to add the user manually on server.
please help me on this issue.

1- Please create a new db with its user from HC panel.
2- Now restore your local db .bak file on the SQL Server by using HC db restore option provided at Tools--->Database Manager.
3- Make sure you are using above SQL Db user and password for connectivity through your code.

yes, the problem occures after restoring the DB, that then the SQL db user removes from DB.
